hello

  My name is Tyler i am 26  and i live in south eastern pa i have bin smoking for a few years now started off simply with jerky but have bin moving on to actual dinner entrees actually just tried my skills at turning a pork bellie into home made bacon really tasty. my rig is a chargriller 3001 gas model with a side fire box works good but leaks smoke and heat like a siv hopefully ill upgrade into a super pro charcoal model w/ the sfb
