  1. Hi Everyone,

    my name's Marvin, i'm from the UK and fed up with eating rubbish from a BBQ so have entered the world of smoking and already hooked! Have purchased a Landmann Tenessee smoker as a starter and already i'm hooked..

    Pulled Pork for the Bank Holiday weekend methinks!

    Ello , Marv. Good to have you here on the forum. I have Blood back into England, (Howards) , but I wouldn't have traded for my life in Texas. I now in Toledo,O. and have brought my Texas cooking with me so I might enlighten the folks here,[​IMG].

    Hope you have fun and use us to answer your querries. We have a Host of folks in the know here and we love to share.

    Now get our the Camera and send some Q-view of your escapades, good or bad. We can help straighten them out for next time.

    Start a BBQ Logbook of all your cooks ,a great review to improve on the next cook. Enter everything:i.e.- Weather, fuel, heat of cooking , meat temp. before and after Smoking and anything other parimeter you may think of as you cook.

    Play with flavors and find the one you like and share with Friends.

     Have fun in your journey and as always . . .
