Hey how is everyone doing I'm new to the forum and to say hello. I'm new to the cookoff world and wanting to share advice and learn a few things. I cook on a 8' x 4' smoker and been doing good so far. So if you have any advice I'm open ears. Hoping to get to know several interesting cooks.
