There are so many new folks comin onboard, with the way thins have been round here, there just ain't been time ta give yall a harty welcome, so, Welcome aboard, glad ta have ya!

Just know, that anythin ya wan't ta learn there be folks here ta hep ya with it. We have a large diversity of folks, from traditional smokers (Pork Butt, Brisket an such) to some stretchin the edge a the envelope doin thins such as mushrooms an all sorts a thins ya would never think ta smoke.

So grab ya a spot round the smoker, pop the top on yer favorite beverage, sit a spell an chat with us known yer welcome anytime!
 
Thanks for the welcome. I have only been here a couple of days and I already feel like I'm in "smoking collage". Looks as though there is tons of knowledge here. Look foward to a long and learnig stay!
 
I agree Trav, lotsa new folks, not near enough time to say hello to all of them. We are getting busier by the day, sometimes 4-5 pages of active threads per day. So if your new, welcome to the site, great place, and make sure ya fill us in on what ya are smokin on, and if you need help, just ask. Someone will be along to help give you some answers, or lead you in the right direction to find them on the site!.

Reading stuff in a book is one thing, but SMF gives you a place to ask questions about your unique situation (and usually get a pretty quick answer!)... so c'mon, tell us about it! :)
 
I ain't heard no one mention smoked meatloaf lately. Man if you havn't done a smoked meatloaf ..... your missing it! I know, I know there is so much to smoke there's hardly time in the day......
