Hey Smokers!!!

    I'm from North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.  That's near Pittsburgh.  I have a 30 inch MES and a oil free turkey fryer by Masterbuilt/Butterball.  I've used this forum as a resource up till now.  I've made pounds of jerky, bacon wrapped pizza fatty's, atomic bacon turds, pulled pork, pulled beef, smoked chicken, hot dogs, and hamburgers in the smoker.  I only recently got the oil free fryer so I've only made a turkey breast so far.  I'm looking for ideas though.

    Welcome from SC. Sounds like you've got it under control. Keep on smokin'. If you have questions, just ask. There are a lot of really good folks here that are always eager to share their ideas and tips.
