Good Morning All! 

Just wanted to take a moment to say hello and that I am new to the forum and the fabulous world of smoking.  

I have had my Traeger Texas for almost a week now ( got my Father's Day gift a few days early...) and have so far had 3 fantastic sessions with it.  Couldn't be happier and think I may be addicted!  The family loves my new found hobby as well and my puppies think the great smell on me is a treat for them... Oh well at least they follow me back inside without rounding them up!

Looking forward to tons of new info and experiences!

Welcome to the forums, Jim!  Glad you've joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastimes...grilling, smoking, and curing great food!  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Just ask any time you need help and you'll get plenty!
