Hey guys, I'm Tyler and I'm from Ankeny, IA. I've been really into BBQ for about the last 5 years. I've tried many different styles of Smokers but I'm currently using a 22.5" WSM. I smoke a lot of pork shoulders and ribs but I also do a good number of chickens. I have been coming to this website for years to get advice and recipes and finally decided to join. I look forward to picking some of your brains and hopefully I can help a few a long the way.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
