I'm anxious to see what goes on around here. I'm from Alabama and I love to be out workin the grill, I built a rotisserie grill about 10 hrs ago that hold about 32 Boston butts at a time, recently sold it so I'm building a new grill out of a 250 gal tank. Do any of you smoke with a grill that size cause I have a question? How far away from the flame should the grate be? (I've about decided not to add a smoke box and just use the tank itself) what's your thoughts?
