Hey everyone, I'm a long time lurker, who finally decided to join. My name is Chris, I'm a 911 dispatcher in Milton, FL. The smoker I use right now is a Camp Chef Smoke Vault; I have used it for about two years and have had great results so far. I am off of work every other weekend, and usually there is something in the smoker on those weekends. While I have smoked a lot of pork butts, ribs, wings, and turkeys; today I have worked up the nerve to try my first brisket. It's a pool day, so I should be able to keep a close eye on it provided the drinks aren't going down too smooth. I look forward to meeting new people on here, and learning more about smoking.
