G'day to all.

We have recently returned to Hobart. I scored a Klose 36" & 20" offset while on assignment in Texas. I fired her up for the first time in Tas this weekend & smoked a beef blade. Turned out great. I now need to get a stack of wood organized.

I am looking forward to reading some useful info on here.
