Hi, names Tom from CT. New here but not to recreational cooking and eating, lol. I enjoy everything from smoking, grilling to cowboy chuck wagon cooking using vintage cast iron skillets, dutch and camp ovens. I've even been known to whip up something tasty indoors too!
I've been through a couple of the mass produced offset smokers, was never really happy with the results, currently using a Masterbuilt stainless digital. It's about four years old, has seen alot of meat through it and I've been satisfied with the results. I think I want to build or buy a commercial grade reverse flow type this year. Looking forward to checking out the forums and chatting, swapping recipies and ideas.
