Hey everyone.. My name is Jon and I live in West Palm Beach. I've been lurking around for the past few days, getting some pointers and such. I must say that everyone is super helpfull and this seems like the place to be when it comes to good que and good people.
I have enjoyed cooking my whole life and have been told that I am decent at it???? I have been smoking things on a regular charcoal grill for years, and just recently volunteered to do pulled pork for my fathers retirement party and realized I needed to upgrade to something a bit bigger. And thats how I found this place.
I finally decided to go with the Chargriller 380 with the sfb and did a few mods to it (Courtesy of my knowledge from all of you). I did my first smoke yesterday after seasoning it Friday night. I had to try a fattie which turned out awesome and I did some bacon wrapped chicken thighs, which are always good. Next up I'll try a butt or two before the big day..
