I have been smoking for years and have been getting the great recipes from smoking-meat but never bothered with the forums.

I currently have an old bullet smoker sitting next to my Weber and Brinkman grills.  At this point I am strictly 100% charcoal with wood chips.  I smoke all sorts of stuff - turkeys, trout, meatloaf, rabbit, loved them armadillo eggs(but what a pain in the arse to make), etc.

I am usually smoking for a minimum of 6 and love left overs.  I need a bigger smoker and am here to see what y'all recommend.
