Greetings everyone in SMF land! I'm glad to be aboard! I've been grilling for quite some time, but nothing very "technical" ... started making and smoking my own venison sausage in an old "Fridgedaire" turned smoker! ... turned out awesome ... so now I'm venturing out into new territory! Smoked a beef t-loin at Christmas, a bacon-wrapped elk roast and some chicken legs and thighs ... so far so good! Actually, my kids upgraded me from the Fridgedaire to a Brinkman upright ... recently converted from charcoal to propane! ... so, I'm learning a lot! Kinda feeling like a hobby that could get outta control!! I sure hope so!!
