    Hi everyone thanks for having this forum I do a lot of smoking as I own a small bbq restaurant with my friend.
    The question that we get a lot from customers is how do get rid of creosote in your smoker?
    Anyone want to help us with that as we just burn it off with a torch is there a better way?

    Only ways I can think of is burn it out or pressure wash it out, scraping would take way to long for me

    Welcome, from southern Ohio, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with there opinion on the subject.

  5. There are any number of "smokehouse cleaners".  Do you have a grill or a smoker?  Where are you, restaurant wise?  I live in Yukon.
