Hey y'all, Lance here. I developed my love for all things bbq during my youth in central Texas and have now settled in north Mississippi. I have a WSM 18.5 which has been rock solid. I am, however, looking to get into straight wood and followed a Google search to this forum. So here I am...... Let's eat!!

Welcome from SC, Lance. It's good to have you on this great site. If you're looking to move to stick burning, I would suggest that you speak with Craig Bell at Bell Fab in Tulsa, OK. Craig is a great guy and builds a really good one off smoker to your exact specifications and wants. His material and fabrication are excellent quality and his smokers are very reasonably priced. I have had mine over a year and I love it.

Contact Craig at: [email protected]

Give him a try and good luck in your research. Joe

Hey thanks Joe, I'll check it out. You being from SC I'll probably want to pick your brain for a good hash recipe.
Lance
