Been looking over the posts this week, figured I would join and introduce myself.

Just recently bought a Masterbuilt 40 electric, I've played around with it but haven't put any meat it in yet.  I got off work at noon today, planning to smoke some boiled eggs, then later some leg quarters.

My smoking experience has been limited to the Brinkman electric smoker/grill, but I did enjoy the meat from it.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
