Hey from Chicago

Hello from Chicago. I have been reading this forum for about 6 months and thoght it was time to introduce myself. I started smoking about a year ago and haven't stopped. I have a char-broil charcoal and electric smoker( learning new ways on this site about making mods on my charcoal smoker). I have experimented with ribs, fatties, wings and flank steak. I am now researching to try to do a brisket, ABT's and some pulled pork. My hobbies are cooking, boating and spending time with the fam. Hope to learn even more from this site.

I am new here as well but loving it so far. Sounds like you have a good start. I just got my smoker 2 weeks ago. Only smoked a boston butt so far but it was great. Am greatly anticipating my first fattie which I hadn't heard of before this forum. Again, welcome.
