Looking forward to learning and sharing with all of you! Currently smoking on a WSM 22.5" but hoping to pick up an Ole Hickory CTO and start some catering soon, I enjoy Fine Spirits, Fine Cigars and a Fine Woman, not necessarily in that order!

Welcome to the board! Woah that CTO is a serious rig. I'm just running an offset stick burner.

  6. MaverickJTC,

What part of the blistered sunburn state are you from?  I am way south and east of Tucson.

Moved to Gilbert last January from Chicago. Just in time to avoid that  crazy winter.

  8. Glad to see another Arizonan on the forum.  There is an amazing wealth of information available here.  I am a firm believer in learning from other people's good/bad experiences.  This way I waste less meat.
