Hey everyone. Been scrolling through posts for the last hour. Great site and community. I have been smoking for about 15 years. I am a high school football coach and about 10 years ago a few of us took to growing peppers (yup they grow in Canada) and making hot pickles and salsa. They are always a huge hit with family and friends. I love trying new recipes for pretty much everything. Steepest learning curve is meat selection. Been a judge at our local rotary ribfest for last four years which doesn't mean I can make em but I can sure eat em!
