Steve here from Ontario, Canada. I'm new to the world of smoking but ready to learn more. Just last week I picked up my first unit, a Weber One Touch 22.5' Charcoal Grill. Saturday we smoked pork back ribs on the thing, it was out of this world. We used applewood chips, and a tray full of Beer/Whiskey under the meat. Smoked low and slow for 6 hours. They were the best thing i've ever eaten in my life. And now, here I am, ready to fuel the addiction

Hello fellow Canadian. This is a great place to be if you are just starting smoking. I only started last fall and had limited success until I found this forum. There is a lot of information in the posts, great members and kind people who will answer your questions.

Welcome to SMF, Steve.
