Saturday we smoked pork back ribs on the thing, it was out of this world. We used applewood chips, and a tray full of Beer/Whiskey under the meat. Smoked low and slow for 6 hours. They were the best thing i've ever eaten in my life. And now, here I am, ready to fuel the addiction
