Hey everyone, my name is Jake. I'm from Nebraska and I have been smoking for a few months, but still feel like a newbie! I'm currently using a Bradley 4 rack electric smoker. I enjoy the ease of the electric smokers, and I like the Bradley, just wish it came with a bigger heating element. I plan to eventually add another heating element to it and a PID. I've mainly been smoking pork butts, ribs, and chicken, but I would love to get into making sausage, and jerky, and eventually into cold smoking.
I'm looking forward to learning all I can in this forum!

Thanks Mike! I've taken the 5 day course, and I've been getting the monthly newsletter for a few months now! They are awesome!
