My name is Mark and I live in southeastern Pennsylvania. I am new to the smoking world but have been using this site for some time now for reference and ideas, so I thought I would finally step up and say Hi. I recently bought a Weber Smokey Mtn. after using my friends a few times I couldn’t help but get my own. I have used it four out of the six weekends that I have had it. I couldn’t help myself from trying to make my first fatty, so latter today I will throw one together with a tri tip and see if I can pack on a few more pounds with the help of my WSM! I think this thing will be my enemy to a long life!
