Hello everyone here at the forum. I have been browsing around the site the last couple days looking at reviews and info about smokers. So much great info here I had to join. After all the advice I have read I ordered a new version MES40 and should get it in a few days. So excited to start my own smoking. I'm originally from Ohio and moved to NY for work purposes. Couldn't find any good BBQ so I decided to do my own. So be gentle and kind to this newbie as I look forward to more info and a belly full of good smoking goodness.
