Hi I'm Phil.

I live in Deep South Texas. About 13 miles from Mexico. We live on 5 acres & have a couple of horses & 3 dogs. I'm an older man (53) with a 7 year old boy. It took 17 years of practice before we had him..lol

I am currently smoking on a MES40.. Before that I used several Brinkman Bullets (they wear out fast) & also a offset wood BBQ grill.

In a couple of days I am picking up a Masterbuilt Extra Wide Propane Smoker. I miss the smoke ring..
