Hey all.. My name is Rex and I live in sunny Southern California.. Yeah Yeah I know the land of the fruits and nuts.. I was born and raised in Florida and grew up eating BBQ from Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina.. I have yet to find a BBQ place here is SoCal that has good pulled pork so I figured I would give it a go myself..

Great website you folks have here.. I have been browsing the pages trying to figure out what smoked I should start with.. Based on what I have read I think I am going to go with the GOSM Propane as I like what I have read about it and the price won't put me in the poor house..
