Hey everybody! My name is Eric and I'm from Blair, NE. Been lurking around this forum ever since I got my Traeger Texas about a year ago and finally decided to join. My go-to is definitely chicken and pork spare ribs, but I've tried a little bit of everything. I'm entered into my second small competition here in about a month! Looking forward to learning more and trying different techniques from all of you!
