Hey my name is dylan.I'm from kansas. I have been a farmer,home builder and a welder. I have been smoking meat on a green mountain for years and decided to build a offset smoker and learn the art of smoking food with wood. Joined the forum to learn the tricks of the trade. Excited the learn from fellow smokers. Take care all. Here is a pic of my first build.

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
