Just when I thought it was going to be a pain to find info about my new hobby,I stumble on this site! You all have so much info here its unreal. Anyways about me. I'm from northeast PA. Im an avid outdoorsman. I love to eat wild game. I work for a utility company as a lineman.  My grill/smoker is a chargriller with the side fire box on it. I have basically no experience when it comes to smoking. So far I've learned tons just skimming through the site. I'm anxious to learn all I can! Thanks in advance for all that you have already helped me with!

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
