I've been on this site for about a month now and thought I would say hay! I'm falling in love with smoking. I've had a smoker (WSM) for a long time and didn't really know what I had until recently. Now I plan to use it the way it was intended.

Meateater... I'll definately post some qview. My daughters birthday is coming up and she loves my buffalo wings. But this year I'll smoke a batch of wings too... BTW, Meateater, i have to admit something. I'm a vegitarian. I eat animals who eat vegitation. But I'm not too picky, I will also eat animals who eat animals who eat vegitation.
