Hey everyone, ive been an anonymous creeper on this forum for the last few months, please forgive any typing errors, i fried my laptop a few weeks ago while looking at smoked salmon recipies..i guess i had a few to many... Oh well, atleast i didnt fru my smoker. Speaking of smokers, i have a Bradley digital 6 rack. Im pretty fond of it, but its far from perfect. Ill spare you the details of learning it, but all in all, im happy-ish with it. I mostly smoke beef and venison jerky and sausage along with smoked fish(whatever i catch or can buy thats from USA). Ive never had the balls to try something "big" like PP or brisket in my smoker, mainly because i dont think it can keep a temp that high with 10-15 lb of meat in it. Anyways, id like to give a VERY loud and resounding Thank You! To BearCarver because Bear Loaf is THE reason man invented sliced bread! This is the second forum ive ever joined, i hope my intro wasnt too long winded. P.S. I grew up with Chicago eating traditions, so if i hear any talk about ketchup on a hot dog......

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a warm and humid day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
