Sometimes as i wait ten to twelve hours for a damn sandwich I wonder why the heck i do it, but after the first couple bites you realize ohhh man this is why, nothing can touch it!!!!

Thanks for looking.

Great looking Butt!  Put some of that slaw on the sandwich man!  Seriously though, it looks great, and I have the same thoughts... why cook something that takes 4 times longer than the next slowest method.  2 words... beer and bbq.

I'm loving the pics!!! Just makes me wonder why I waited so long to start smoking. I couldn't agree with you more, there really is nothing that can touch a juicy pulled pork sammie!!! Great smoke ring and fantastic Qview...

I tip my hat to you, Sir; Kudos!!!

Cheers,

Johnny K.

I knew id catch hell for the slaw on the side haha thanks for the complements!!

oh yea i got that but at bjs and the fat cap was trimmed off already i barely had to trim any fat off, so thats kinda cool i didnt pay for the lb of fat thats usually on them. but if i was making sausage i would want the fat ohh well you cant have everything and the price was way better than sams per lb

That looks soooo good, i'm drooling on my keyboard. I'd like to see some more pis of the USD. I'm looking for ideas to build my first. Anyone have any links to how to build one, or is there a place here that has pics to look thru.

Again Great Job on the butt.

It looks awesome

The butt looks yummO and then the sandwich looks good enough to fight for (but not with another Gator) but then you did it with the beans you lost me there. I'm sorry it like a sin in this house hold to use a store bought beans. Now we don't always use Dutches but then the wife has a really good recipe for her beans too. There's room here for 2 bean recipes

Yo pandemonium your pics look great, the food looks awesome, for me if you have to serve store bought stuff so be it, as long as everyone eating is happy what else is there.  For sure you can't go wrong with Cattlemans, thats what I use, however I doctor it up a little, and get compliments on the Q sauce at every BBQ I cook.  I can bet there are many SMF members that have opened a can or two of Bush beans, served with their home smoked Q.

SMOKE ON DUDE!

Ahh..heck with the slaw...lol  The first I done a couple weeks ago I didn't even have a bun because I didn't want to fill on bread! lol  I'm starting the like the idea of building a UDS, thanks for the link!  One just may be in order for my son in law who has now taken a great liking to my Q.

Yes i want to try Dutches beans but man i have a hard time devoting that much time to a side, and that goes for any side, i focus on the meat part to hell with all the work for a side lol. Now if i was feeding a bunch of people i would do the sides right but for just us were good with the easy side dishes.

Sometime it is hard to spend that much time cooking the meat and everything else.

All I gotta say is try them.  You will not be dissapointed and it doesn't take much effort to make.  I can't make Q in my house without them.

Good looking Q and a killer smoke ring!  Keep doin what you're doin because it's working!
