Ground up some chuckie for my own hamburger. Will never go back to store bought. Used Jeff's recipe for meatloaf with following exceptions or variations: No Tabasco, Added sweet yellow bell pepper, and in the last 30 minutes used some secret sauce as a finishing sauce. Oh and I used apple for my smoke. Formed up and ready for the smoker. Gonna be A LOT of leftovers. In the smoker. Ready for the secret sauce. Well, I guess it isn't a secret anymore.
