    Wife is heading to the beach!!!

    18 pounds of boneless butt. Took it out of the freezer three days ago, still a bit too frozen to work with. Better hurry up I only have until Sunday!!!

    Holy Mole!!!! It's morning!!!! Ground that pack of butt. Stuffed 7 pounds, Fassetts breakfast links. The other 10 pounds is marinating in goodness! Smoke tomorrow!!


    Why the Lemons? Thought they'd help the Lemon squeezer push the meat into the casings!!!!!
