here we go again

    Today i prepped a small corned beef that i will be cooking for tomorrow.I was gonna do Rubens but decided to go another route.

    I kinda tenderized it ( poked holes lol) then coated with a local vermont maple rub. Wrapped in foil (cause its all i had)and in the fridge until morning.I will cook with hickory.
