Hey guys/gals just signed up ive been smoking for 3 years or so now. Started out on a freebee now im on a vertical i built out of a piece of pipe that will eventually be my cold smoker for curing!(got 2 other smoker projects sitting on the side of the house! Im in northern new mexico
