Hello everybody.

I have been lurking for a while and using great ideas off of this website. I finally decided to join up. I recently bought a MES 40" and like it for the most part. Before I purchased my MES I cooked a few prime ribs and a couple pork butts on my parents traeger and they turned out incredible thanks to the info I got off this site.

My wife, two kids, and I live in Bismarck ND. When I get some free time I also enjoy homebrewing. I also enjoy hunting whenever i get a chance.

I really enjoy making food for people, especially when it is so good they can't stop eating it. And that is why I am here, so I can steal everybodys knowledge and impress a bunch of people with it
