  1. im kinda new to the smoking thing, dabbled for a little bit with one of the small smoking boxes, and recently bought a brinkman horizontal smoker. so needless to say im pretty excited to do my first session today on it.
    so im sure this site will be a big help in my smoking adventures.

    I'm originally from WNY. Spent 40 years there almost. If you havent been to Adventures In Heat on Main st. in Clarence, you should check it out! George is great guy and will help with anything you need.

    It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.

    When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
