Last week I tried to smoke a small (3.7 lb) pork shoulder, and after 7 hours it was still 130, ended up having to trash it.

Today I did some ribs, 2-2-1, and when I pulled them out they didn't look right.  Temp was 120.

I'm testing now with a masterforge thermostat, and it is reading about 185 when MES says it's 260.

Obviously something is wrong with my thermostat.  Where in the unit is it, and any way to fix?  Or is unit just trash now?  Damn think is only a few months old and only used about 6 times.

Is it on the bottom shelf at the back of the unit?  THat's where I've been laying the AMNTS, I just moved it and the temp reading on the MES plummeted.  ANd last week was the first time I used it.  Hmmm.....
