Son and grand kids are asking for me to make and ship some jerky and/or meat sticks to Japan. I have never made any and I'm willing to experiment(on me). I'm not afraid to try, but I really don't know where and how to make unrefrigerated meats...safely.
Can anyone help or is it not recommended for beginners?
