Help, When is it done?

  1. Cooking my first fattie now: used pearled barley, red and green bell pepper, onion, garlic clove, vegetable stock, all chopped with curry powder spice for filler after sauteeing and baking, with sausage and thin sliced bacon. .

    When it it done?? What temp.?

    I cook mine to 160

  4. RdKnB, Up to 145. Opened up the air vents to try to crisp the bacon. Thanks again.
