Hi, unfortunately I had to reregister with a different name, not sure what happened. Otherwise I would have posted this yesterday. Thought after a year of my smoker purchase I would finally try chicken. I'm going to soak the chicken in a brine for several hours. My question is this, how long per pound should I plan to smoke a whole chicken @ 225/250? Also, I was wonering if I should try a rub also with the brine? Thanks.
