hello all i was smoking some ribs yesterday and i had to go to work earlie so the wife finished it up. ( i loaded the last 2 splits in before i left she just had to take the ribs out.) but in her hast for tasty meats she forgot to put the cover back on black betty (my oc ranch hand) and it rained
. i got home this morning and saw what happened. i have some surface flash rust on the outside and i am not sure what to do. was thi king i could just wipe it down with some veggy oil but not sure. i did go ahead and start a fire in the box to get her up to temp and dry her out but i am not sure what else to do. please help. tha k yall in advanced.
