Help on beans and a cobbler

I am doing a cookoff this weekend, and they are doing a bean and cobbler category. now with that said i always like to have the most chances at getting a call so with yalls help i might be able to make a couple extra walks. with that said is there anyone out there that has a awesome bean or cobbler recipe they would be willing to share. As always thanks in advance.
