I plan on smoking some pork chops with bone in them  they are around qrt inch thick and someone help me.  How much smoke and temp and how long approx to cook altogeather.  Thanks and God Bless Yall
 
At 1/4" thick I doubt they will take 1/2 hour at 225.

Are you sure you didn't mean 1 1/4" thick. If so your probably looking at 90 minutes or so.

Take them off at 140, & the carryover cooking will bring them up to 145.

I would let the smoke roll the whole time.
