Hi everyone i have a wooden smokehouse i need an advise my smokehouse temperature is max 100 Celsius amd i dont knowif i can smoke meat with this kind of Heat thanks ÷)
Depends upon the meat you want to smoke and what type of smoking you want to do.

Sausages, absolutely!  Brisket and ribs, it'll be tough to do.

How is heat generated in your smoke house?
 
The heat comes from the wood stove on the side of the smoker through the tube as in the picture if you can see
