Hi all...fairly new to smoking here but I have always been an avid cook/griller.

Under my belt so far I've done a brisket and ribs (both came out wonderful).....this weekend I'll be attacking some whole chickens and I'm excited to see how they turn out since I've heard so many good things about using a brine.

My names Phillip I live in Beaver County PA and mainly just love an excuse to do something outside. I have always enjoyed cooking whether it be in or outdoors and I'm really surprised I never got into smoking alot sooner. My current smoker I use was actually in the box in my shed for about 4yrs. I'm kicking myself for not using it sooner. I use a brinkman gourmet smoker/steamer that I received as a bday gift a few yrs back but plan on starting a build soon. Me and my daughter (2yrs old) call her R2d2

I really am enjoying all the information I'm obtaining from everyone here and hope in the near future I will be able to contribute alot myself.

I know this is probably another thread but since I have your attention does anyone possibly know of any small trailer build plans online? I do not need anything HUGE, but portability and some space would be nice.

I haven't got any plans for a trailer pit but i'm sure that someone here does .

thanks so much i'll take a look around now. ive been searching around via google for a good bit and cannot find any smaller plans but i believe if i look around here ill find exactly what i need.

ill be looking for one about this size, im sure theres a few posted here so ill look now
