Newbie to smoking. Looking for all help i can get... I in southern PA so now it cold.. any help on smoking in the cold weather will help..

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

. I think one of the biggest things is cold and windy, cold by itself can usually be delt with OK. I seem to recall a thread about somebody putting an insulated 55 galon barrel over their ECB (I assume it had air vents).

Pretty close to us, 24 here but feels like it is 18, wish i had something in the smoker, quite cold nights with some drinks and the warm glow of the smoker to keep you company...
Hate the snow but love this time of year.
