Hi there,

I'm Jaime and I live in Arizona, and I'm brand new to smoking meat. We purchased a Traeger last year after I had our first kid (little girl who just turned one) and I wasn't able to use it often. Now I have some more time so I've been trying a few different things. I have smoked a brisket (wasn't great), a turkey (amazing), and made other things like chicken wings, burgers, and ahi steaks. I'm looking to expand my skill set and knowledge, and try more amazing smokes! I come to this forum often for reference, but have never posted. I would like to be a more active member so I'll get started on that. I appreciate any input and help and look forward to interacting with you all!
