    Morning Everyone..

    My name is Joe I am from Buna, Texas, Im a USMC veteran and addicted to smoking meat...

    I currently use a RiverGrille Farmers offset smoker.. Just ordered a few things to mod it out a little, the basics cam locks and gaskets.. I am currently in the process of finding a toning plate that will work for this thing. It is 19.5 x 41.5 inside the smoker.

    Favorite things to smoke: Chicken, St Louis Ribs, and Brisket.

    I make my own rubs and BBQ sauce. I experiment with different spices on the ribs to get unique flavor such as Lavender

    I was the pit master for my former employer for corporate events.  I have cooked at one time for over 100 people at a tailgate event (chicken and ribs)
